Home Your interest in a new parking management system fits beautifully with the rollout of our state-of-the-art parking management software. Four years ago we converted all our clients to our new Ticket Wizard 5000 management system. Handheld electronic ticket writers download directly into Ticket Wizard 5000 or tickets can be entered manually by our staff. The addition of the handheld units allows clients to transfer citations via e-mail or FTP Site directly into our operations department. Clients have real time access via the internet to their citation information and reports. Additionally, citizens who have questions or who wish to pay or appeal via the internet are able to access their own information and handle their obligations online.
